elevatorium Holdings, LLC is a New Jersey company developing software and creative projects across audio, weather, and everyday computing.
Our work is organized under two brands: zae • audio and works by maya.
zae • audio
zae • audio is our boutique studio for professional and prosumer audio software. Its applications are being built with zae.framework, our in-house audio framework.

works by maya. is home to our non-audio software projects, including:
- Caffeine (working title) — a power management application that helps people keep their Macs awake using clear, everyday language.
- Channel 19 Weather Service — a modern reinterpretation of televised weather forecasting.
- Chromium Conductor — a shell script that builds a fresh ungoogled-chromium-macos with our patch for native Core Audio per-tab audio routing.
- cozyTerm — a terminal emulator with an in-house framework, designed to make the command line approachable for newcomers and useful for seasoned users.
- Hashcraft — a utility for creating, editing, and verifying torrent files, built with our modern Bencode framework.
- Pixel City — Shamus Young’s beloved cityscape screensaver, revived and updated to run well on Apple silicon as well as modern Linux and Windows systems.
- tuTorrent — a standards-compliant web interface for the Transmission BitTorrent client.
